You earn points automatically every time you spend at The Loft Bar or any Match Hospitality venue. Once you've built up enough, head to the in-app store, redeem them for vouchers, and use those vouchers at any of our venues.
Your birthday voucher lands in your app during the month of your birthday. The size of the voucher depends on your membership level. Just open the app to see what you've got, then show us when you're in.
Search "Match Hospitality" on the App Store or Google Play. If you were a member of the old MVP Club app, watch your inbox — you'll receive a personal login link by email. One tap and you're straight in, no new account needed.
They carry across to the new app. Log in after you receive your email link and your balance will be there waiting.
Your level is based on how much you spend across our venues over a rolling 12-month period. To hold your level, keep enjoying our venues throughout the year. If your spend eases off, your level adjusts at your anniversary — and you can always work your way back up.
Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date they're issued and are single use. The expiry date is always visible in the app.
